Disposals and Acquisitions
We advise on a broad spectrum of property disposals and acquisitions, ranging from auctions, tenders, private treaties, mortgagees’ sales, sales by receivers, judicial managers and liquidators, en-bloc collective sales and purchases, land acquisitions in government land sales to sale and leaseback property transactions.
Project Financing
We regularly advise our clients on the financing aspects of real estate developments, loan restructuring and the security instruments involved, including domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral borrowing / lending transactions.
Developments / Building Projects
We actively represent developers in both licensed and unlicensed projects dealing with a wide portfolio of properties ranging from residential developments, be it landed properties, strata-landed housing or condominium units, commercial and industrial developments including hotels and office buildings to mixed use developments.
Leasing
We handle all aspects of landlord and tenant related work, covering both drafting and reviewing of residential, commercial and industrial leases including office, F&B, retail, shopping malls and data-centre leases, locally and in the region.
REITs
We are experienced in advising clients including the trustees in the negotiations, acquisition, sale and leaseback of different types of properties in REIT transactions.
Due Diligence and Advisory Services
We routinely participate in due diligence exercises and provide the real estate support in M&A / listing transactions. We also offer legal advice through all stages of negotiations, documentation, advise on risk, applications to relevant governmental and statutory authorities for approval to acquire land, applications for stamp duty remissions, approvals for subdivision, change of use, land use and easements.
