Thailand Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited (DMT)’s initial public offering

Acted for Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited (DMT), the operator of an elevated tollway in Thailand, in its Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 140,000,000 newly issued shares, representing 11.85% of DMT’s total issued shares after the IPO. The IPO Period lasted between 26-28 April 2021 and the first trading day was on 7 May 2021 where the market capitalisation at IPO is THB 18,900 million. Partners Surasak Vajasit, Chotiwit Ngamsuwan, Piroon Saengpakdee, Senior associate Yingrak Treesaranuwattana and Suwapak Jaru-ampornpan led the transaction.
