Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited’s THB 1 billion financing of DTPBB’s leasehold investment in Waldorf Astoria Bangkok and serviced apartments at Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard

Rajah & Tann (Thailand) Limited, a member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia acted for Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited in connection with financing loans of up to THB 1 billion to DTP Hotel and Service Apartment Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust with Conditions and Termination Periods (“DTPBB”). The financing supports DTPBB’s THB 4.114 billion investment in leasehold rights in Waldorf Astoria Bangkok and serviced apartments at Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard, developed by Magnolia Finest Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited.
