Representing MODS Evergreen Investments Limited, a Singaporean company, in its US$815,000 transaction by establishing Thai entities, where we conduct due diligence, prepare relevant agreements, and attend the closing for acquiring the land in a 5-star golf resort in Phuket. We will continue to assist MODS to develop the acquired properties, including the construction of the villa. Partner Nattarat Boonyatap is leading the transaction.
