(“DBS”), The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch (“HSBC”), Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) in relation to an approximately S$300 million equity fund raising undertaken by Keppel Infrastructure Trust.
