Successfully defended Servcorp Co., Ltd. against allegations by Revenue Office overseeing its premises

Represented Servcorp Co., Ltd. in defending allegations from the Revenue Office overseeing its premises, where the Revenue Office unilaterally refused VAT registration for its clients based on an incorrect interpretation of the nature of Servcorp’s premises, without legal justification or compliance with applicable laws. We prepared appeal letters for affected clients, filed a formal complaint with the Revenue Department regarding the officer’s misconduct and reviewed and revised Servcorp’s lease and service agreement templates to enhance compliance and address regulatory concerns, to successfully mitigate the dispute and allow Servcorp to continue providing its services to its clients in Bangkok.
