Thai state-owned Government Savings Bank’s joint investment project to provide loans based on land collaterals and land consignment

Assisted the Government Savings Bank (GSB) in a deal and established a joint investment project among GSB, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited and TIP Exponential Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dhipaya Insurance Public Company Limited to provide loans based on land collaterals and land consignment. The non-bank joint venture company, Mee Tee Mee Ngern Company Limited, will increase its registered capital from THB 20 million to THB 1,000 million and is expected to be ready to provide services in 3rd quarter of year 2022. Partners Piroon Saengpakdee and Dussadee Rattanopas led the transaction.
